Reporting a Problem:

Return Process:
Once approved, we will arrange for product pickup.
The product must be in its original packaging with at least 75% quantity intact.
Refund & Replacement:
- Replacement: A new product will be shipped at no extra cost.
- Refund: If replacement is not possible, the full amount will be refunded within 7 business days to the original payment method.
