Aapli Aaji, whose real name is Mrs. Suman Dhamane, is a 70-year-old grandmother from Sarola Kasar village near Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra. Her culinary journey began in January 2021 when her grandson, Yash Pathak, requested her to prepare Pav Bhaji. Impressed by her unique take on the dish, Yash proposed sharing her recipes online.
