Aji prepares this masala with- cumin seeds, caraway seeds, mustard, fennel, sesame and carom seeds. Additionally, some turmeric, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, elaichi, big cardamom, etc. are used.

Aji’s 3 step preparation makes it really easy to use. Follow these steps

Step 1: Boil and prepare your chicken.

Step 2: In a cooking pan add oil and heat. Add chicken curry masala and cook for 3-5 minutes

Step 3: Add boiled chicken and cook until ready.
